Our Fee
Pick-up $20
We come to your house to pick up your PC. This includes dropping it back! If you change your mind, this is all you'll pay. Areas covered include the entire Lower Hunter region: Cessnock, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Newcastle, and Port Stephens.

We pick up from 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri and 9am to 12pm on Sat (closed Sunday)
Our Work
Test and Diagnosis starts at $65
We test and diagnose your PC back at our nerd lair. If we can't solve the problem, you won’t pay this fee. Simple! Our fee is a one-time charge and is merged into your labour cost if we proceed with a repair!

Tech On-site
$150 for 1 hour
Here's How It Works:
Solved within an hour? High-five, no extra charge!

Need more time? Our tech will break down what’s needed and provide you with an estimate. You decide if you want us to continue—no surprise charges!
​
Requires deeper testing? For the initial $150, we’ll take your PC back to our lair for a 24-hour hardware diagnosis and performance evaluation.
​
You only pay more if you need to keep us on-site, which is $20 per 15−minute intervals or $80 per hour intervals after the initial $150.

After the first hour, if the job’s a big one, we’ll take it back to base and work on it for no extra charge. That way, you’re not stuck footing a massive bill.

Connectivity: USB, bluetooth, wifi - if it talks to your PC, we make sure the PC can hear it.

Comprehensive Service:
If further diagnosis is needed, the technician will arrange for your PC to be picked up and returned to our base. There, we’ll conduct a thorough 24-hour hardware diagnosis and performance evaluation.
